Digital Service Act (Gesetz über digitale Dienste)


Information on Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (hereinafter referred to as ‘DDG’).
Insofar as the provider (or hereinafter also referred to as ‘Götz & Oberhauser IT GbR’, ‘25Space’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘provider’) offers brokerage services within the meaning of Art. 3 (g) DDG on these websites, the following information applies:

1. contact point for authorities and users, among others (pursuant to Art. 11 DDG and 12 DDG)

2. conditions (pursuant to Art. 14 DDG)
Insofar as the provider offers brokerage services within the meaning of Art. 3 (g) DDG on these websites, it provides additional information about this in these terms of use.

3. transparency reporting obligations (pursuant to Art. 15 DDG and 24 II DDG)
If and to the extent necessary, the provider will fulfil further statutory transparency obligations, e.g. from the DDG.

4. reporting of content, complaints, trustworthy whistleblowers (in accordance with 16 DDG, 20 DDG and 22 DDG)
If you contact us with an enquiry or report about possibly illegal content on our website, complaints against decisions or reports as a trustworthy whistleblower within the meaning of the DDG, please use this contact form to describe your request in full in accordance with the requirements of the DDG.

5. dispute resolution (pursuant to Art. 21 DDG)
Users and other natural or legal persons who are affected by a decision within the scope of complaints management in accordance with Art. 20 I DDG have the option of contacting a certified out-of-court dispute resolution body to resolve disputes in connection with these decisions and complaints that could not be resolved through the complaints management provided. These dispute resolution bodies are impartial and independent bodies authorised by the EU Member States, in particular due to their expertise in examining such disputes.
We will liaise in good faith with the selected certified out-of-court dispute resolution bodies to resolve the dispute.
To date, no such dispute resolution bodies have been certified. As soon as further information is available, we will inform you here and/or on our websites or the respective service.
