GDPR Overview
By consenting to the processing of your data on a registration website, contact form, comment function, etc. of the mdct Group, you agree that your data may be
collected and processed by Götz & Oberhauser IT GR in Germany and used exclusively for the services you have commissioned. This data will only be used for the
purposes explicitly stated by you. Everyone agrees to the collection of the data directly by setting a mandatory field (not preset).
This also includes contacting you for non-advertising purposes via the contact data you voluntarily and knowingly provide (e-mail, telephone, SMS). We will only
contact you in order to provide you with important information about your account. Or on this subject, about which you contact us. This does not apply to
comments. Contact for advertising purposes must be activated separately (newsletter), in which case you will be explicitly informed of the advertising content
before activation.
The data/information will not be passed on to other companies or countries unless you have given us your explicit permission to do so beforehand.
The data will only be stored for the duration of the processing. Means: when contacting us regarding support, questions, etc., the data will not be processed and
stored by us after completion. When registering for a website, as long as the data is needed for your account (until the deletion of the account). The data will
be processed exclusively for the topic you have requested.
We use cookies and an anonymous analysis of visitors on all our websites and applications. This analysis is and cannot be combined with data that you knowingly
provide during your visit. We will notify you of the use of this information when you first visit a page. You have the possibility to deactivate the creation of
anonymous statistics of your visit at any time. To do this, click on this page.
Access to this data is only possible for employees who need it to process important company tasks (product provision, invoicing, ...). They are prohibited from
storing this data in any other way.
The processing of the data is carried out with/by the following software:
- Cloud Management Suite Backend CRM (manufacturer: 25space.com).
- Cloud Mail (manufacturer: 25space.com).
The processing of personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, as well
as the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the unambiguous identification of a natural person, health data or data concerning sexual life or sexual
orientation of a natural person is prohibited. Not collected, processed or stored.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time.
